SHAZAM! It's my Captain Marvel tribute page.
(Ok, it's not much, but I hope to build it up later)

I'm a big fan of the original Captain Marvel. (That's Marvel, not Mar-Vel)

Now let me clarify, that characters name is Captain Marvel, it's not Shazam. Shazam is an ancient wizard who gave Billy Batson the power to become Captain Marvel. Billy becomes Cap by saying the wizards name, SHAZAM!

Some day I'll post the whole story of why DC Comics promotes Captain Marvel under the name SHAZAM, but that's a future update.

Here's an item I picked up at a Swap meet. All I know about it is that it was a radio promotion. I love the picture and how many people can say they have an autographed picture of Captain Marvel?

These next two pictures are my favorite because I do clowning. They both come from a Golden Book called "SHAZAM! A Circus Adventure".

The girl standing with Cap is his sister, Mary. Now depending on which version of Marvel Family history you prefer, (It's been rewritten several times) she is either
Billy's long lost twin sister and uses the super hero name, Mary Marvel
or
Billy's younger sister and also uses the super hero name, Capatin Marvel (so there are 2 Captain Marvel's)

Mary has gone through several outfits over the years and there is always discussion over which is the best version. So I built a little program to let people build there own version of Mary outfit.
