) is a relatively new club, & was founded in January 2002
by a few scanner buffs who wanted to share information and realize the benefits of sharing
that information and learning from others. Whether you're just learning to program your
first scanner, or have been scanning for years….OASC is for all levels of skill. The
club is open to all persons interested in the radio scanner hobby. Our goal is to meet on
a quarterly basis to share information and teach others how to get the most out their
scanners. At every meeting, members are available to answer any questions you might have
about scanners/frequencies. To join the club, there are NO dues or fees... it is FREE. The OASC is a non-profit group.
