Welcome
In 1988 I found
myself spending more time in Antique Shops and
Flea Markets than I could continue to justify.
Spending more money than I was making was not
working. My husband and partner talked to me
about positive cash flow and I
listened for a change. I decided to sell some of
the investments I had grown tired of, and thus,
AnythingOlde was born. I continue to collect, but also enjoy finding hidden treasures I'm able to offer other collectors.
AnythingOlde has evolved
into an enjoyable small business which enables me
to maintain a booth at the Brass Armadillo
Antique Mall in Omaha, sell at various shows and
flea markets and most recently, sell on the
Internet.
I would consider
my specialty to be general line and
smalls as I dont have the space required to
deal in furniture. I am most interested in older
items, but do sell some new collectibles from
time to time. We travel as often as possible
looking for that perfect find, but
have yet to locate it. And yes, I still collect!
Among my serious collections are teddy bears,
music boxes, Mickey Mouse and Criss Cross
depression glass. My husband is a collector of
Griswold cast iron and fishing collectibles.
Thanks for
stopping by to visit!!
